  We recognize that the needs of a commercial customer are very different from the needs of a residential customer. We will focus our energy on commercial customers only.  
  
  Our entire staff, from the field technicians to the sales department to the administration staff, will always strive to conduct business honestly and ethically with customers and fellow employees. All transactions will be based on a philosophy of mutual gain.   
  
  We will make ongoing investments in training, tools, and technology so that our staff is always approaching problems from an educated and well-equipped position.   
  
  Our technicians will present a clean and professional appearance. Our customers will never be embarrassed to have our trucks or personnel at their building.
